Truly tasteless. Often we hear 'tasteless' and know it's just going to be off, but when I add this to any drink there is no modification to the taste whatsoever. The powder is really fine and easy to dissolve into your drink. The included scooper is nice too so you easily know you're getting the 5g worth of creatine. What I like most about this creatine monohydrate is that there are no other added ingredients. I don't have to worry about stuff I don't want. I am not taking this for muscle gains, I'm taking this for mental focus. I'm working two jobs now that are both knowledge based jobs so I need sharpness and focus. I do feel like I have more energy during the day, not jittery but I noticed that I don't feel the need for a nap in the afternoon when I'm taking this. Before you scoff, I'm 50 years old getting up daily at 5am and going to bed at midnight. I know that I need to get more sleep but that's not an option at the moment. So this creatine helps me stay sharp and keep up with the younger crowd mentally. It's not going to make me brilliant, but it gives me a 5% to 10% better focus. Enough to notice and make that difference. I'm a hefty guy and I clock in around 260 to 265 pounds and I'm taking just the 5g a day. One of the side effects is supposed to be water weight. I think I did gain a little water weight but it wasn't too much. But at 260 pounds I didn't think that 5g would cause much water retention. As for increased muscle mass I can't really say since I only hit the gym once a month or so. There is plenty of science to support the muscle increase if you're repping till failure but my gym "routine" is nearly non-existent so it doesn't apply to me. I like this creatine and I will continue taking it and buying it in the future. I do recommend it.

Half way using this product and found black plastic bits in the powder. At first I thought maybe the lid cracked but it wasn't damaged at all. Not comfortable continuing using this product.
