Ordered this in May 2022, at first I thought this was firm compared to other mattresses with pillow top (which goes flat quick) or select comfort we had. Previous mattresses my husband always needed extra topper to soften up. We never had to put a topper on this Nap Queen medium (not too soft, not too firm) just the right support. It didn't take long to get used to the mattress. Now November 2022 it is still comfortable, sometimes to comfortable we don't want to get out of bed. I definitely recommend and get this again if needed.
this by far was most value for money memory foam mattress i could find across all sellers. The packing was done well and easy to uninstall. Just make sure you follow th given instructions and wait for atleast 48-72 hours for it to fully expand. In term of experience using the product, We are loving it. Perfectly balanced between soft and firm giving us a good night sleep. i would strongly this product to everyone who is looking for good budget memory foam mattress. Brilliant product at affordable price !!!
After 20 years, it was time to replace our mattress. My husband's back hurts most of the time, so he rolls from side to side frequently. I sleep well, but I was jostled by his movements. After reading reviews, we weren't certain about a Nap Queen mattress since a fairly common complaint was that it felt hard, but since our old mattress was firm, we decided it was worth a try. We received it and opened the plastic wrapper on our living room floor to allow it to inflate, which it did very well in about 12 hours. Our cats tested it for us while it inflated (I had a sheet under it and on top of it). We moved it to our bed after 24 hours and have been sleeping on it comfortably for a couple of weeks. I don't notice when my husband rolls, and even he thinks it feels better. The only reason for rating it a 4 instead of 5 is because we ordered the "Elizabeth" mattress and received the "Margaret" mattress.
After several months of use and the routine rotation of this mattress it no longer offers the support and comfort that I needed for the price paid. I would recommend only for short term use. I am now searching for a new mattress that offers more duration of comfort and support if that's what you are desiring in your sleeping experience. My back conditions have returned and i have two 3” toppers to offer a temporary remedy until i buy a new mattress.
firmer than i expected. took practically the whole 72 hours to fully rise to 10". not a bad option for the price. but after getting a serta mattress for my oldest and trying these dor my younger sons.. I'll regrettably be ordering different mattresses to replace these. not bad at the price point. i got them on sale, 2 10" for $220... but id rather spend that on one of the serta mattresses.
So disappointed. I ordered the twin version first and I love it (close up photo). I wanted the same mattress but in a queen. ———- The cover is not the same or as nice, and worse, the mattress is nowhere near as nice - lower quality. The twin expanded immediately and looked great immediately. The queen was packed differently %26 struggled to expand. It did expand but the queen mattress feels completely different, and again not as nice as the twin. The queen mattress is a 10” (not 12” as paid for %26 ordered). ——— I hate that when companies pull bait %26 switch. But, it is too heavy to return, so I am stuck with it. I can vouch for the twin, but absolutely not for the queen. Very very sad. ☹️
I bought this for my daughter and she likes it but she is only 12. I slept on it one night to try it out because I'm looking for a new mattress and it was lumpy and didn't seem to expand all the way even after sitting for a week after opening it. Very uncomfortable for me. But for a child probably ok, they don't have pains that adults have yet.
I ordered an Elizabeth Cooling Gel Memory Foam Mattress from Walmart. The box I received had a label showing NQ721031 NapQueen Elizabeth 10" Queen Mattress Cooling Gel Infused Memory Foam, Bed in a Box, Adult. (what I ordered) After opening the box and opening the mattress, I saw all the leaves on the mattress cover. I then noticed a small label also on the box P022-00520 10" NapQueen Green Tea Mattress SIZE: QUEEN The tag on the actual mattress shows Model Number NQMG10QQ, which is indeed the Green Tea mattress. Unlike the Cooling Gel Memory Foam Mattress I previously ordered, the Green Tea mattress cushion pad on the top does not go all the way to the edge of the mattress, so there is a slope all the way around the mattress, so don't sleep right near the edge of the mattress.
The mattresses are still NOT FULLY INFLATED. Only the middle sections are fully inflated. The surrounding edgesq are less inflated and we have had the mattresses for almost sixty days. Full inflation is supposed to take 72 hours. Right? What happened? We are NOT heavier people.
Don’t get this mattress unless you want to give your money away I ordered a “10in” and from the photos you can see thats not what I got I’ve had the bed sitting unused for 3 days now and still hasn’t filled correctly worse part I already got rid of my old bed so I’m stuck with something I didn’t want and it’s not evenly filled up this only gets 1 star because it’s required
