Spa Sensations by Zinus 9" Standing Metal Smart Box Spring, Twin

I am more than happy with this box spring! It arrived as promised and my son had already promised to come and help me with the assembly though he couldn't do so fa day. I am 84 and recently widowed and am determined to make it on my own. It took me about an hour and a half but I had it all done when he arrived. So proud of myself and thankful for clear directions and the challenge of doing it myself. Sorry I see you are asking for a photo but it's already in use.

The product seems to be very well made and sturdy. It did take two to put it together but if there was only one person, they could do it also just a little longer process. And I'm glad I got it on sale for $64 for the queen size!!

I was able to assemble myself with tools provided and I am not at all handy it sits at a comfortable height and withstands my 30lb toddler jumping on my bed no creaks or noises absolute value

Really great bed frame/foundation. It is metal so extremely sturdy. So easy to put together or breakdown when moving the bed. No squeaking noted when rolling over in bed to disturb sleep. Excellent for the price. Thank you for a great product.

Me and my husband combined are about 500 lbs. It is solid and stable. I love thats its a box spring and a bedframe combined. That saved us money. The only thing is it’s squeaky when we are trying to express our love for each other physically. But we dont mind ;) Highly recommend!

It was easy to put together, took one pwerson about 1 hour, but good and strudy. I di d find one leg messing from the packing box, How do I get a replacement for this missing screwed in leg? Thanks

Took me around an hour or an hours and a half to assemble by myself. Box was damaged, but all pieces were included and fit perfectly. Purchased for a guest room and so far it's doing its job. It isn't a high quality item but I'd still recommend for someone on a budget. My only issue was the shipping. FedEx failed to deliver my item for 3 days stating that no one was home, when 1. A signature isn't required and instructions say to leave at my door… and 2. Someone was home each time. Other than that, it's been 2 days and it's holding up. So I say it's good for the price and budget.

This product was obviously returned since some of the straps were already cut open. But, since no pieces were missing I continued on. The pieces don't align. Had to use a mallet and even then the pieces weren't right. But, it's bulky and will be a hassle to return so I guess I'm stuck with it.

My product did not arrive in good quality. Some pieces that were provided were bent, and since it's made out of metal, it was nearly impossible to bend back into place with the tools provided. I had to give up and place the holes adjacent to each other and use one of the spare part to MacGyver them side-by-side. I'm now terrified that I'm going to fall through.

I thought I would replace my old heavy wooden box spring with something more modern and lightweight that was advertised as better than conventional. At first this went together really easy and the inclided instructions are easy to follow. I noticed that I had received one without the feet, not a big deal or so I thought. There had also been some sort of oil on the product where it joins together which wipes off easily but will stain. I put this on my old bedframe rails and it fit perfectly. After sleeping on it for a few nights it didn't feel quite right. Upon inspection most of the small tack welds on this have broken free and Im left with an uncomfortable bed that rattles. What junk! Save your money on this one. I weigh only 190 lbs and this fell apart on me.
