I was feeling very restless at night, that has improved
I've suffered from anxiety my whole life. Them due to the pandemic I've suffered from anxiety attacks everyday since May 2020 sometimes all day. I've been on these for about a week and a half and have not had an anxiety attack in almost 8 days. This is the first supplement to prevent them not just stop them. I just refused to go on medication bc I didn't want it to change my personality. Can't believe I've suffered this long and the answer was simply vitamin b complex. I cried on day 3 of no attacks that's how real it was! Sticking with these forever.
Fantastic product. I read online that taking B complex vitamins can help calm anxiety. I took a generic B complex and didn't notice much difference but then I found this product and thought I'd give it a try. I've been taking them for two weeks and have noticed a big difference with feeling less anxious. Also, maybe TMI but other B vitamins make my #1 a BRIGHT yellow for the rest of the day...I haven't had that with these. Perhaps a better formula...not sure on that one. Anyway, I haven't really done anything different besides adding this to my routine so I'm very pleased. Will be buying more :)
but I'm very sensitive to any meds or supplements. Five stars for customer service though. They refunded me instantly and were very friendly in response to my questions before I tried the product. As you can see by reviews, it does work for most. I wouldn't hesitate to try it.
My husband has been having a lot of sleep, focus, and many other challenges due to ptsd from the military. We were recommended these from a close family friend who suffered from a stroke and depression. So far so good. He fell asleep quickly last night and felt refreshed this morning!
I'm 22 year old male, just took my first pill and so far felt immediately relaxed, I felt so calm my stress was high I felt all my emotions balance out. I would recommend anyone who feels anxious, this will do miracles, don't believe in doctors that diagnose you with anxiety see a psychologist first, don't let them prescribe you anything and if they do don't take it and try these pills it'll change you!
Okay, so maybe this is unfair...I have C-PTSD, OCD and GAD. I also have Graves disease. For my graves, I'm on methimazole. For the mental stuff, im also on meds. So I feel pretty lethargic and beat most of the time.I'm on the magnesium from these people, which has helped tremendously. This B-CALMplex however, has me twitchy. The smell *IS* awful, as was mentioned in another review. It's not a deal breaker. I'm going to give it a few days and see if I can adjust to it.I *did* take it on an empty stomach. Dumb, I know.If you have serious mental health issues, talk to your doctor, and be prepared for a ride. 0.o
These made me extremely sleepy. They also made my husband tired. I couldn't put my finger on it at first. Once I figured out it was these, I switched to a different B supplement and had the energy that I've always known B vitamins to provide. I gave these to my son who has high anxiety.
I just received this today and I'm so excited to see if it works!! But I really do wish the other reviews would have mentioned how HORRIFIC these smell!! I open the bottle and I gag!! I don't even gag at my 7 month olds diapers!! I'm still going to take them in hopes they help me, but goodness sakes the smell!!
This product is dangerous. Stay away. It caused edema (swelling) in one of my legs. Very very scary. After starting this supplement, I kept reading in different places that supplementing with B6 is dangerous. It should only be gotten through food because otherwise it can be toxic and cause neuropathy, and other issues, esp with the higher than normal amount of B6 found in this. I can't understand how a company can do this. It's scandalous. When I started to put 2 & 2 together about the possibility of toxicity and my leg, I stopped taking it. Guess what happened. Yep, my leg immediately got better. I'm scared to think of what other damage this may have caused me. And being past the return date means I actually paid for that to happen to me. So messed up.
