Price
I bought this natural rhythm brand, because it was a better price then the other magnesium taurate 125mg, but the elemental magnesium of this 200mg is only 20mg( not on bottle had to contact CO.), where as the 125mg previous pills were 37mg, of elemental magnesium, so if u do the math the natural rhythm brand is more expensive if u are buying it for magnesium... it would take 2 of these pills or 400mg/40mg element Magnesum to equal 1 of the other brand of 125mg/37 elemental magnesium...
