I've been taking magnesium citrate, but it doesn't do much for me. I get leg cramps at night, and magnesium citrate doesn't help with that at all. This Pure Magnesium Glycinate is great. After taking it, I don't get leg cramps anymore. It sometimes helps me fall asleep, but not as quickly as melatonin does. Taking this magnesium glycinate, I feel much more energetic and less anxious, so I think it's working for me.

There is a noticeable improvement in my sleep patterns and all around cognitive functioning as a result of this supplement. My stress levels go down, anxiety and blood pressure are much less of an issue, and my labs are much more in line with what is favorable for me as a senior citizen. I wouldn't go without it!

I like bio-available magnesium more. It helps to relax my muscles, especially better bed time. I like the glycinate and threonate forms the best, but this pure glycinate is better for nerve release and sleep - especially one serving 1000mg.

I really like this product taking it before I go to bed really helps me sleep a lot better than I have in a long time. I will keep buying this product.

I have neuropathy in my feet and legs, plus cramping issues especially the back of the legs. It was suggested by my doctor that I take supplemental magnesium to decrease the cramping. I could tell in a few hours that this was going to help. The capsules are lightweight and easy to swallow. Dose is 500 mg, and I take one twice daily. I have not had back burps or any hint of an aftertaste. . Value is good. I received a two pack of bottles. One bottle had no label, but was sealed like the other one. Shrink plastic ring over the lid on both, then an inner seal over the mouth of the bottle. The glycenate formula seems to be easier to absorbed by the body then the oxide formula I was taking. I recommend using this product if your doctor suggests or prescribes you taking calcium.

My daughter uses magnesium because she has a lot of migraines and health issues. She says that this magnesium helps her a lot.

You get the needed amount in one pill however I wish they would make these a little smaller but they go down with no problem. Good quality and less expensive than other brands.

Magnesium helps with leg cramps. Commercials say most people need more magnesium. IMO, this is a good brand. I prefer Made in USA. It was a good buy and I would buy it again.
