I love the clarity I get from taking this everyday. And one thing I have noticed is that if I take it at night my dreams are very vivid which I like sometimes. During the day, when I need to be in a creative groove for hours and am writing or designing, this is my go to supplement. The effect it has on my brain is noticeable. I come up with more ideas, faster and can execute faster. But I don't feel jumpy or like my mind is racing at all. It's hard to explain. I am able to come up with solutions immediately and also think of things for my clients that never have occurred to me before. I am going to be a customer for life. NS has the purest form of Acetylcholine - I have tried to find it and no other products compare to what this does for me.

As a retired pharmacist I understand the biochemical aim of Acetylcholine Brain Food, but I was skeptical that a product taken orally could produce any noticeable results. Boy was I wrong! They kind of snuck up on me but after a few days the brain benefits of this product are undeniable.

My usage of the product is taking two in the morning 9-10ish and another one at noon. I feel it does affect how alert and productive and energetic you are throughout the day. I would like to know if you have any other products you feel will complement Acetyl-Choline ( not Neuro fuel)

Have not taken this product long enough to see any improvement.

Personally I don't see any changes for the reason why I bought it.
