Helps with energy and tastes good
Spring Valley B12 gummies tastes good. I have been taking it first thing in the morning for several years and, on the rare occasions when I forget to take it, my energy seems to lag.

Tastes great %26 easy to take
I have been taking this vitamin for a few years now. i used to take them in pill form. I feel since I have started the gummies it has made more of an impact.

Best low budget supplement for energy!
They tasted a lot better than expected and were really fresh and soft... which is super important when most ur teeth missing like mine are!
