Tastes great %26 easy to take
I have been taking this vitamin for a few years now. i used to take them in pill form. I feel since I have started the gummies it has made more of an impact.

They tasted a lot better than expected and were really fresh and soft... which is super important when most ur teeth missing like mine are!

made me erratic
made me erratic %26 angry. what a relief to have it wear off %26 be perfectly fine since. talk to your doctor before starting ANY otc medicine, even vitamins. ive never reacted this way to anything before.
