Moving things along
Problems with my lower back have caused my bowels to become very compacted and hard. Magnesium (250 mg tablets) don't seem to be helping to ‘relieve the congested traffic jam' anymore. A family member of mine suggested I try Nature Made Magnesium (400 mg Soft Gels) to promote better moisture absorption and prompt a more natural and consistent ‘traffic flow'. Big sis knew what she was talking about and this change in delivery have worked wonders to ‘soften the delivery'.

Great product
I like that these are gel caps. They are a little big, but easy to swallow. And they help limit constipation. They're easily and quickly absorbed.

I like these gel caps. I wish the price was as low as the tablets. I can't handle the tablets, they get stuck in my throat. These caplets are effective.

The tablet is much too big and can be uncomfortable to swallow. Probably better to make them smaller at 200mg each.
