The gummies are big like candies and very soft. The recommended dose is 3 of those per day. They do not cause any stomach issues or nausea, but they are too sweet. Also, they have a lot of carbohydrates (per dose) so if you have diabetes or try to control your glucose levels (through carbs counting etc), this may not be ideal for you. Other than that, I am very pleased with the supplement :)

I did notice there was a label that said do not take vit. C with this product which I don't so I didn't have any problems taking this . I did get a lil boost from them.

Just a little warning, whenever you're purchasing this from another seller, or even from Walmart, when they are shipped and . When it takes more than a few days to get there, and the weather is warm, these gummies turn a dark dark orange. It does not affect the taste, but I do wonder if it affects the amount of vitamin C that you get from the gummies. Something I'll have to ask Wellmade about.

While they didn't help with my immune system, I do think with consistent use there are some benefits. My only con is the aftertaste. The citrusy flavor didn't taste good after eating the gummy.

There are not too chewy or hard. However, the main thing I don't like is that they're coated in sugar. I don't understand why the extra sugar. And my kid didn't like them, but he doesn't like oranges so maybe it's the flavor. I was sick.

I really don't like the consistency or the sugary dip on the outside. They are also very soft which most people probably like but I don't. Needs more flavor.
