I was surprised how well these actually worked! They are softer than other brands, have a nice berry/cranberry taste, and will dissolve in the mouth if you prefer not to chew. With an extra ingredient, L-Theanine, helping slow the mind and body start the settling process before sleep. Also, I found myself having to take less of the gummies to achieve sleep! I could feel my mind and body begin to slow into sleep mode in far less time than with most brands! If you allow yourself the patience to ease, into relaxation, the better they work!

I received this as a free gift with another order. I thought I'd give it a try while traveling as that's when I have the most difficulty sleeping. I was amazed and most pleased with the results! Slept through the night when I usually toss and turn due to being overtired and in a foreign environment. It will definitely be my “go to” when on the road spending the night in hotels. It will also be handy at home on those nights I can't get my brain to disengage.

This definitely helps me sleep more soundly, for longer. I was waking up at 4:30 every day, now I sleep until the alarm. I don't feel groggy when I wake up either.

Excellent on the rare occassion when my body wants to sleep, but my mind has other ideas, I find just one of these is enough to get me to drift quietly off in less than 15 minutes. Personally I generally then stay asleep all night. I would not recommend for folks who wake up in about 4 hours, as it is not a sustained release formulation

These are a great sleep aid and would have been rated higher if they weren't so sweet. Last thing you want when heading to bed is a mouth full of sugar.

This was a freebie on my order. I didn't expect much out of it but man, what a difference to my sleep. When taking this I didn't have the “wake up at 3, 4, and 5 am” nor did I have trouble falling asleep. I can't speak to the stress relieving part, I'm not particularly stressed, but the sleep is certainly restful and peaceful.

I ordered 4 containers of the vitamin. It says they shipped 4, but when I open the box, there is only 3. really? Not happy wondering if one of their packers decided to take 1 of the bottles home for them.
