My hair became overdryed, so I decided to take biotin. I was taking biotin for my skin and hair for 2 month and stopped 4 month ago. I read that visable effects you can see in 90 days. That's exactly what happened to me. There was no resalt in the autumn, but 4 month after my hair looks healthier and stronger.

Easily accessible in majority of grocery and drug stores. The brand is a standard for vitamins. Like many vitamins it takes several weeks to see a difference. But taking daily does increase your odds of growing stronger hair and nails. Instructions on the bottle are clear as far as dosage.
