i tried these for a whole month and they were horrible. i began to lose more hair and my nails didn't feel any stronger either. one thing that really made me stop using them was that since i started taking them i didn't change anything about my diet or life style, they were the only change. after i started using them my period became irregular and it just wasn't a good time. i don't recommend!
