My neurologist recommended this supplement due to as we age we no longer produce it in our bodies or we produce it at a lower rate. leg cramp relief
I was told this helps if you have leg cramps, which I did have. I've been taking this for about 4 years and the cramps have all but stopped. I'd have them 4-5 times a week and now it might be one every month or two.

Wonderful Tablet to Eliminate Leg Cramps
As directed by my medical provider, statin drugs often interfere with leg cramps. I can attest they did mine until he instructed me to take Co Q-10, which has eliminated the leg cramps. What a remarkable tablet.
