There are several factors that keep me from sleeping. I wasn't expecting these to work. Two gummies a night and I'm asleep in 30 minutes until my body says get up %26 go to the botzimmer. I am a little dizzy right after I wake up, so you might to keep that in mind before you jump out of bed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I already take Natures Bounty Melatonin rapid release gel tablets in 5mg when I want a good nights rest. Trying a brand I am familiar with and it coming in a gummy form piqued my interest. I wasnt sure how effective it would be in gummy form. The recommended dose for the gummies are 2 which amount to 10mgs of melatonin. I only took one gummy which equals the same dose I would take in the gel form capsules. It worked well and they taste great. Same effectiveness as the gel capsules.

They are harder than some other gummy vitamins, which isn't bad, softer ones tend to stick together and end up being hard to get out of the bottle. Flavor isn't to sweet or bitter, just right. The instructions state to take 30 minutes before bed, I found sometimes it took a little longer than that. they did help me stay asleep, not for 7 or 8 hours but the sleep I did get way deeper than without so that's a plus. Other Melatonin supplements I have tried never worked so I wasn't expecting these to work so I was pleasantly surprised. I am very thankful to have been introduced to this product. I will be purchasing and I would recommend these to try.

That's nice cuz they're gummies so they're easy to take, and they do make you pretty sleepy. And I will say I have not had any bad dreams with this melatonin, sometimes I will but not with these. I'll definitely keep these around as needed
