These do seem to work. I end up buying these on the website, as in store are the gelcaps with the same benefits. I go back and forth between these and the gel caps from the same brand. I will continue to use these as I age and suffer those consequences of thinning hair and losing texture.

I recommend giving this supplement a try. I've always been a heavy shedder, but recently my hair started falling out really bad. I mentioned it to my hairdresser. She suggested biotin, and I said I really didn't think it would help because people aren't likely to be deficient in biotin because your gut manufacturers biotin. She said that her daughter didn't produce any biotin and they have to give her a supplement. I decided to give a biotin supplement a try. I liked this one because it only contains biotin and silica. Silica has also shown to improve hair loss. Within a few weeks of using this supplement I'm noticing a BIG difference in the amount of hair loss. I'm very surprised that for once a supplement has actually helped!

I've always had thick hair and I was getting really bummed out because it was getting so thin and I was losing so much every time I washed my hair. The cost of some of the other hair pills was a bit shocking so I thought I'd give these a try first and they work great! My hair is again what it once was -thick and strong and it grows fast! If I wasn't living it I wouldn't believe it myself. I should say I've been taking these for over a year and it did take a couple months to see the difference, but once I saw it, I really saw it! I started giving them to my husband and his thinning hair has thickened up – were really impressed. Highly recommend .

I've tried sooo many hair growth products that were soo expensive %26 tried these. WOW, they work, trust me!! All this time %26 all that money, here it was right in Walmart with a fantastic price with a product that really works. I'll never be without it! THANK YOU!!

I've only been taking this for a month and I'm already starting to see new hair. now if I can. just get my hair to stay connected to my head. it'll be great

This product is supposed to increase hair density. I haven't been taking it long enough to see a difference. However, there have been actual double blind studies that confirm it includes the correct ingredients to increase hair growth. I'll just have to wait and see!

I bought this for obvious reasons. Unfortunately I had to stop taking it the second day of taking them. It gave me extream vertigo. (I already have vertigo that I manage from inner ear problems) but this was bad. I could barly walk around for days and took about a week to fully leave my system. I'm sure this is rare; but figured I'd give a heads up in case someone else experience this. stop taking immediately if this happens to you.

I have been taking these vitamins daily for at least three months and I cannot tell any difference. I don’t think they’re doing anything. Plus, they are a little bit costly.

After reading some of the reviews before purchasing, I had high hopes that it would help me. Unfortunately, even taking it for 8 months it did absolutely nothing to help me. I am so very disappointed.
