I take these on a daily basis, I am rarely sick and I contribute that to me taking daily vitamins, such as this to help my immune system. I would recommend this product.

I love Nature's Bounty Vitamin C because I feel regenerated. The body needs 75 mg of vitamin c per day as your daily value. I take only one per week due to the milligram size. Having had a Hysterectomy my body does not absorb the necessary amounts needed like it did before surgery, no matter how much I eat or drink. Taking Nature's Bounty has kept my body from being stiff, sore and gives me an overall feeling of wellness like I had before the surgery. It gave me my life back. When I get results like this it's worth it no matter how much it may cost, yet it's very economically priced.
