CoQ10 is also an effective dietary supplement in maintaining heart health so I think the benefits are worth it. Easy to swallow and no weird smell or taste.

This is a good supplement that I didn't even know I needed! I had heard positive reviews of enzymes but haven't taken any until now. I started adding this to my daily vitamin/supplement intake and I notice a difference. I do feel more focused and energized when taken! There have been days where I felt like I may need an energy drink to get through it, but then I took this and I felt fine the rest of the day! No jitters or anxiety - just a healthy way to get some energy and the cognitive and heart support it offers are just an added bonus to me.

The product comes in pills that are easy to swallow. I wish the list of the inactive ingredients was shorter. This product helps alleviate recurring migraines.

This is my first time buying this separately from my red yeast rice and CoQ10 combination. I am happy with it but I prefer them together. I love this company and highly recommend them!

I always keep COQ10 in my supplement routine because of the heart health benefits and it's a supplement that I can actually feel when I'm with or without it, docking a star for the double capsule single serving but outside of that this product is great.
