Qunol Magnesium Glycinate Tablets for Nerve, Bone, and Muscle Support, 300mg, 60 Count, Two Tablet Dose.

I take this supplement for my leg spasms due to a back injury with pinched nerves. My Dr. recommended it for me as a treatment to take them before bed each night. i have noticed a marked difference in the frequency and severity of my spasms and an improvement in my sleep after just a month.

The size of the tablets are very large. A little difficult to swallow. I purchased these because I read they would help with muscle spasms which Ive been having often for several years. When taking these I no longer have them! I had to stop taking them for a short time while I was on a medication %26 the spasms returned so Im sure they were doing the trick. So definitely worth dealing with the large size.

I bought this as part of building a healthier gut. It has been cheaper to buy here than other vitamin websites. It has been easy on my belly (no side effects) and I take it around dinnertime. It is a good value for the price/amount. I plan to buy again!

The absorption of this magnesium glycinate is excellent. It helps relax muscles at night as I take it an hour before bed. Haven't slept this well for 30 years. Pills are large but they aren't that much of a bother

I take it about 30-60 min before bed. It help relax me since I have insomnia and some muscle pains. It's easy to take, easier than some other pills I have to take. It starts working within 30-60 min. I would recommend it.

High quality magnesium glycinate supplement that is super easy on the stomach. I need magnesium and have not had any luck with any other types due to stomach issues but the glycinate is very gentle. This brand is highly recommended.

Once again time will tell if it works as well as more expensive capsules I had been using. So far I've been getting same quality of sleep using them.

At this point I'm seeing no results. Hopefully by the time I've finished this bottle it will be helping. If so, I'll reorder and do positive review.

I cannot recommend this product to anyone. I did not experience any difference in my pain. I still had to take Tylenol, Ibuprofen and an Aspirin in order to feel even the least amount of ease. Don't waste your money.

Huge pills. I know this type of vitamin is usually large, but since this brand makes a gummy in the ‘citrate' version, they should attempt to shrink this vitamin. For women this vitamin is ridiculously large and impossible to swallow.
