I bought this as part of building a healthier gut. It has been cheaper to buy here than other vitamin websites. It has been easy on my belly (no side effects) and I take it around dinnertime. It is a good value for the price/amount. I plan to buy again!

I love Qunol supplements. I take this to help with sleep. Combined with Relaxium I fall asleep %26 stay asleep. Works wonders with people who suffer from insomnia.

The size of the tablets are very large. A little difficult to swallow. I purchased these because I read they would help with muscle spasms which Ive been having often for several years. When taking these I no longer have them! I had to stop taking them for a short time while I was on a medication %26 the spasms returned so Im sure they were doing the trick. So definitely worth dealing with the large size.

Once again time will tell if it works as well as more expensive capsules I had been using. So far I've been getting same quality of sleep using them.

The absorption of this magnesium glycinate is excellent. It helps relax muscles at night as I take it an hour before bed. Haven't slept this well for 30 years. Pills are large but they aren't that much of a bother

This brand is the standard! I've tried them aĺl. Don't waste your money on any other brand. It is very effective for RLS, sleep issues and leg cramps.

Works pretty good ! Been hearing that this magnesium should have vitamin d in it . Not sure ! But that would b good if it had vitamin d .

I think the product is good, however, the company needs to figure out how to reduce the size of the tablets. They are too darned big! They do not go down easily and are difficult to swallow.

Pills are too large. They didn't work for me. I lost money because I opened the bottle and couldn't return it.

I did not like the size of these tablets. Too Big! Very hard to swallow and do not want to be chocked with each attempt. Returned.
