Is the sweater not too big? I take one every morning I don't know. I've only been doing this for about four or five weeks. I don't see much of a difference, but we'll see.

These ills were HUGE. Very hard to swallow.
My only problem with this supplement is the size. I find it difficult to swallow! I am coping by swallowing the pill with milk!!! The quality is excellent, and I am feeling the benefit of taking magnesium!!!
The pills are oval but they are very large. People who have any problem swallowing , problems with their esophagus, will not be able to use these.
I rather a capsule kind of large but good product:)
The pills are unbelievably big and hard to swallow. I tried cutting them in half but the cut half hurt my throat going down.
These are not easy to swallow pills.
I can't review item since I never received it I was given a refund before I even knew I wasn't going to get it, and no reason was given as to why I didn't.
