I bought this in February and I am thrilled with the results. I am in full menopause, not pre-menopause and I have been taking black cohosh and other natural supplements to help but they only helped so much. THIS product helped with everything I experience. I has reduced my night sweats, my hot flashes and my moodiness to almost non-existence. I cannot tell you the last time I experienced night sweats on this. Hot flashes are down to every couple of weeks and the moodiness had decreased enough that I don't even notice it anymore, nor does anyone around me. This has literally been my saving grace. I have bought two more bottle since my original purchase and will continue to purchase until I no longer need it.

I ordered this 3 months ago and I have been taking one capsule per day and skip the days during my period. I know that this is meant as a menopause supplement and I am still not that age to experience that yet, but I thoroughly read the ingredients and researched about it, and I learned that it could help alleviate the symptoms I am experiencing. I like that it is mostly made up of all-natural herbal product with added vitamins/mineral like Vitamin B, D and Magnesium. It's like all in one! So far, I am liking it and I don't notice any side effects. I sleep better and my monthly cramps only last 2 days compared to 3-4 days before I started taking it.
