I feel like I can tell a slight difference but it's not quiet been a good month yet and I feel like it is doing what it's supposed to. I take mine before bed every night.

So far so good
Big capsules but easy to swallow, even four at a time. Been taking it for a week, and so far no noticeable effects, either good or bad. I read the description and the label carefully before ordering, so I knew what I was getting, unlike some reviewers.
