well I mean it's a good pill stop palmetto is good for a lot of things but it's a pretty good product overall

Seems to work fine and at a cheaper price than other brands. I started taking prostate supplements a few months ago because of problems urinating. So far I've been pleased with the results and will continue taking them. My wife asked me if I had dyed my hair because most of the gray was gone. I've never dyed my hair, so make of that what you will. However my wife is impressed.

I was hoping this would be a cheaper replacement for OTC prostate pills. It didn't accomplish what I was hoping for, so I've gone back to the more expensive pills (which don't seem to do much either...).
