I love this cereal! It has a nice crunch and is in my opinion even better than Cheerios. My daughter has celiac disease and it is gluten free and I have hemochromatosis and it is low iron so it's great for both of us.

good for those who need to eat whet free . It is one that has some fiber which is hard to find in wheat free products.

Gluten-Free whole O's cereal.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best cereal! My son is sensitive to gluten. It's the only cereal he will eat. Stays crunchy in milk, and it's delicious on its own as a snack.

Love this cereal
This is a great option for me - I am gluten free and also sensitive to oats, so my choices are limited. This cereal is also pretty low in sugar compared to other options. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I have enjoyed this cereal since I changed out from buying General Mills foods for the Reason that I can't have fillers or Homogenized products of any kind. I have been buying this product for almost two years and find the Quality is still very good and the Sugar seems to be much less than other forms of this type of cereal. I recommend this cereal for breakfast and for snacking as well as for different Baking applications. I also have been using this cereal as a crumbled coating for baked or Fried Chicken as well as some Lasagne and Parmesan Recipes. It is amazing just how many ways there are to make this particular cereal work for me and since I am a very particular person, I really appreciate having and purchasing this cereal.
