it's gluten free. Less carb, less sugar, no cholesterol, organic, fewer ingredients, no soy, no milk, what's there not to like. it's a healthy breakfast. Just add blueberries and cashews, it's a meal!

Easy to make and very tasty for gluten free. I even add it to my oatmeal cookie mix when I make oatmeal cookies for more flavor.

I bought this due to the healthier ingredients rather than my usual brand. Overall its a good product but lacks sweetner. It had just the tiniest hint of sweetness, and I needed to add my own sugar separately which defeats the convenience of ready-to-go individual packets.

Not sure if I would recommend or not. To me it comes down to taste, and I guess for this to be Gluten free they had to remove some of the taste. It is just ok. Not the best as far as taste goes. Does have a maple taste but that is about it and not very strong of a taste maple taste. It does tend to have kind of a cardboard type of taste. It was the better of the ones I found in Gluten free.
