Keep your colon lubricated.
Great stuff to keep your bowels from getting constipated. i take 2 pills a day. Sometimes 3 to keep my colon lubricated. A little expensive but well worth it!

I have always had constipation issues and this helps me in a more natural way. It's not a cure all, but it does help.

Cant be without this!
I also used this before they changed the formula, and I liked the old one better. However, this one is the best alternative. It simply works! No laxative type reaction, just normal. Downsides: having to take a break, the herbal taste if it gets stuck on your tongue, and the pills are so darn big (I take 2-3 twice a day along with a swanson's psyllium husk capsule)! I wish it came in a gel capsule form, it would be easier to take and would break down better, and I would probably need to take less. Overall, I need this product to be "happy" and the price is insanely wonderful. I literally have bought it for more than twice the price! Swanson is the only place that has it this affordable!

Excellent
This year I think I have ate a lot of foods that contains chemicals and toxins and sometimes my tummy upset. And I think it's time to detoxify my tummy. And I asked my regular doctor about this and she gave me this product. And after trying it, I feel so relieved. There's this feeling which I can't describe because I feel so clean and my tummy is not hurting anymore. The tablets are small and it is so easy to swallow. And there are no side effects. I really love the effect of this product and I will surely recommend this product to my friends and relatives. Amazing product! Thumbs up for this product
