Good product
Plant based calcium is better . This is easier to digest than other calcium supplements and is easier on the kidneys. Good price and a reliable source for it.

Too large but I make it work.
Have been taking these for a while because they're more absorbable than "rock" calcium. However they're hard for me to swallow, so I cut them in half and eat with a bit of banana or apple. But they've gone up in price like everything!

Hip bones improved GREATLY!
I had a test for bone density and my left hip was especially low. No surprise, it hurt with GREAT pain when I exercised on a thick rubber mat over carpet. I would recommend this formula to everyone! It strengthened that hip and other bones in this 60+ year old with Multiple sclerosis after the 1st bottle!!

Plant based calcium at a good value
This plant based calcium has a good amount of calcium, approved by my endocrinologist, along with enough d3 and k. It's great to only have to take 4 tablets per day. The only negative I can think of is the “grassy” taste it leaves in my mouth (I'm sure due to being plant based). The price of these tablets is very competitive and I feel that Swanson is the best place to purchase them.

Too much Vitamin D3
The amount of vitamin D3 in a serving size is at toxic levels for seniors. I have loved this supplement but am beginning to experience negative effects so will switch to one with less but adequate amounts of D3

Beginning senior with osteopenia
I take two tablets daily. I am taking them because of having osteopenia. I am experiencing constipation since I starting to take them. They recommend 3 tablets a day. I??m going to hang in there taking 2. I take 3 flaxseed gel tabs daily to compensate the constipation problem. If it continues causing this issue, I will stop talking them. It??s been 3 weeks. Not happy ???

I will not recommend ordering from your website. 1) It was shipped to the wrong address (due to zip) 2) Customer service was not nice or helpful 3) Went to return to store - not helpful 4) On the phone in store with customer service still not nice or helpful. GNC shipped the wrong item.
