Repot-went to Pot!
When I received it it was amazing… I had to repot it. Knowing it does have a shock stage Not like this though??? ( I plant and re-pot a lot!) So I am going to have faith with her!!! I just need you to know… she is no longer thriving very fast

Best tree/plants bought online ever!!
I buy a lot of plants and trees from online nurseries, and hands down, these majestic palm trees are the most beautiful and healthy plants/trees I've ever purchased online. They looked amazing right out of the box. I bought 2 (from the same seller), and they exactly as pictured and described, and were packaged and delivered individually. to say I'm a happy camper is an understatement.

Beautiful Palm
The palm arrived in beautiful condition with lushous deep green leaves! The package was in good condition and showed how well you care for your plants. I will definitely order from you again!

Beautiful, full, green palm
Arrived beautiful full,and green. Wrapped in brown paper….note….nursery wrapped the top and sides, tightly, and gathered some frons in the paper, so I had to cut about 3 inches off as they were in the paper creases and thus ruined. Please be careful when wrapping them to ship off to us! Otherwise, nice, arrived fast, well packaged. For some reason, FEDEX never pays attention to THE ARROW ON THE BOXES SIGNIFYING THE TOP, to keep plant upright, instead FEDEX inverts or lays other items on the plants on their shelves. Geez….

great plant bad driver condition of the package
the condition of the package was less then expectable but since it is a plant I am hopeful it will still survive and don't really want to wait for another replacement as far as the grower is concerned the size of the plant was way more then what I got from the vendor from amazon and the photo is the drivers photo when it was delivered

Box was crushed and pot was misshapen
The plant its self appears to be ok there is a few snapped of pieces. They need to either use a different shipping company or better package the plants perhaps with reinforced sides . Also they should put a handle with care live plant labels on it .
