I got them on time.

After undergoing a MRI, CT scan, and ultrasound to try to determine why I have been having ongoing pain in my right side and finding nothing, my gastroenterologist recommended I try these. Amazingly, the pain has subsided and doesn't come back unless I forget to take a pill before eating.

I've tried countless products to support gut health—digestive enzymes, probiotics, oregano oil, peppermint tea—and this is by far the best one. I take one with meals, especially when they contain ingredients that I know can trigger my IBS symptoms, and get virtually no bloating or gas. If I'm already experiencing symptoms, 1-2 capsules also helps ease them very quickly. Any belches you have do end up tasting like peppermint. Not a bad thing for me, but some thing to expect.

Just one easy to swallow capsule, makes my body feel fresh from all over, I can't say it helped with the bowel but it surely doesn't seem to hurt. I love the quality and convenience of those capsules.

This is my go to solution for the occasional stomach upset. It usually makes the queasiness go away pretty quickly. I prefer to address this naturally and I've been using pepogest for 20+ years.

Totally ineffective for me. After a few days of taking these pills-they went into the garbage.
