I I have been taking this for years. When I consulted a gastroenterologist, I asked her if this supplement could help with my issues, and she was impressed after reading the label. Initially, I took one capsule in the morning and one in the afternoon, but as my condition improved, I was able to reduce it to just one capsule a day. I suggest taking the capsule with room temperature or cold drinks, as I noticed that when I take it with hot tea, the capsule dissolves in my mouth and doesn't seem to work that day. It toke about a month to see a difference with my stomach problems but it was worth the wait. Granted I have changed my diet and exercise and I also take acidophilus and citrucel. But I really feel like this combination of things have changed my life.
