This has helped me through the fall and winter. I take with a multivitamin as well and helps keep me from getting seasonal sickness that seems to hit every household.

Taste is good, my 2 year old even likes their flavor. Good price comparing to internet. Only complaint is that the gummies were all stuck together when i opened the package. Usually i expect that after opening toward the end of a gummy bottle, not immediately.
