Nature's Way Sambucus Elderberry Drops, 100 mg per Serving, 1 Fl. Oz

I use this on e daily in about 16oz water. I cant taste it so that works for me. It doesnt have a bad taste but i dont want to take it straight up so i choose to put it in my morning water.

I use these elderberry drops throughout the Winter season. I feel it helps boost my immune system and I haven't had a cold, virus, Covid or the flu.

This is the best elderberry hands down. You only have to take a little bit at a time which is what I love. My kids freely take this as well since it's only a few drops. You can also add this elderberry in a glass of water if you have someone who doesn't like the taste. I describe the taste as a cranberry/grape taste. Using this is so much better than taking a whole medicine cup full of another kind of elderberry.

This was recommended by a friend. I am a believer in elderberry being a good natural healer and preventer of illness. I mix it with my morning vitamin and mineral energy drink so I cannot comment too much on the taste. I will say the first time I used it I did use the recommended 25 drops and I felt a little funny afterwards. I am on other medication so maybe an interaction. I cut back to 5 drops and have worked up to 10 and everything seems okay now.
