our cough syrup relieved my grand children's cough and sinus congestion. we used this product many years ago with my older grandchildren. I was pleased to see it is still available to purchase many many years later. It works!
It's effective without harsh chemicals and preservatives. I have used Umcka for 14 years at the first sign of a cold or flu. By following directions, I haven't suffered from sinus infections, bad colds and flu for that many years. I actually keep a reserve at home to make sure I never run out. Umcka keeps colds from becoming severe and turning into a sinus or bronchial infection.

Great Cold Prevention medicine
If you feel a cold coming on, take it immediately and it will stop the cold in its tracks. I always have a bottle ready for use. I even give it to the kids when there is a cold or flu outbreak at their school. It prevents them from catching it.

This is Amazing
I ordered this by accident but will now have it on hand at all times in my household. This years cold had a severe cough and miserable. This product really suppressed the cough for hours.

A Different Yet Effective Way to Treat Your Cold

We love it!
This product works really well. You have to use it consistently in the beginning based on the instructions, but if you don't miss a dose it clears everything up quick. It also tastes so good my child thinks it is a candy.

I started with a very bad sore throat and chills. I took this for 2 days and my symptoms went away. I was shocked, because I usually go from bad to worse when I have this. Also got bed rest and ate lots of homemade chicken soup!
