I was beyond skeptical about this Navage sinus irrigator. I have had a wicked sinus infection and have been using a couple different design neti pots with no luck. I bought this out of complete desperation. Cleared my sinuses and fever was gone the first day. The next day I still had things coming out that I couldn't even feel in my sinuses. Easy breathing all day the secong day. This thing is amazing. I am really impressed with this thing. The suction side really helps pull the nasty out. Watch YouTube videos on it. You will see gobs of stuff come out. If your congested, you will pull gobs out too, and immediately feel better. It is difficult to get the nose pillows to fit properly. I honostly dont know who has a nose made to work with those things. I have to move it around and when i see the water going down I know it is pushing and pulling properly. I believe these used to ship with different adapters but mine only had one that doesn't seem like it was made for a human. All in all, it does exactly what you hope it does, it just takes a little moving around to find the sweet spot. It wiped out a very nasty sinus infection in a day!!!!

i cannot tell the world enough about this product. i am down to only 1 allergy pill per day. i was on so much medication for years ordered by my physician and i cannot tell you how wonderful it has been to breathe again and smell with ease! no more sinus headaches!

If your problem is chronic sinus, this is the perfect product to buy. You could feel your nose refreshed with the first use. Is my first time using this product and I feel relieved.

Purchased this for my husband who has allergies. He absolutely loves it! He had tried other nasal rinse systems and did not like them. This one works very well for him.

While this product works as intended what the manufacturer does not tell you is the unit will Not work without one of their pods. Once a new iPod is inserted and the lip is closed and liquid is released if you open the top to add more water the unit will not work. If you try to use the unit without a new unused pod it will not work. So the unit is worthless if you do use a new pods each time you open the lid. This means you will always have to buy their pods.

I wish I had purchased this before my sinus surgery. If you had sinus surgery (this surgery to treat chronic sinusitis and removed polyps from your sinuses) consult with your doctor and beware. The suction process can cause pain, headache and other complications. I wasn't aware and regretted using and purchasing this product. Buy at your own healthcare risk (if you had surgery). Now if not (You've had no sinus surgery) it's wonderful and does work wonders. Again, I wish I had purchased it before my surgery, maybe I would not have needed the procedure.
