Just Works Great
I have tried everything over the years for sinus problems. A bit expensive and they lock you into their pod system for recurring expense but this thing will unload your clogged sinuses instantly when used correctly. The feeling of instant open breathing and relief of pressure is great.

Works great!
Sharing the navage with mom, odered both the nose pillow and nasal dock so we can have our own �suction set�, works just like the set I received with the purchase of the machine, very happy with the purchase.Also, a note about the seller, I received 2 sets of nose pillows and no nasal dock, sent them an email, got a response right away, and received the nose dock within 2 days alone with a �sorry for the inconvenience� gift of salt pots. WOW! Super customer service, they have my business when I need to reorder salt pots!

My original disappeared so I had to order a replacement which I am grateful was available. I like the see through teal opposed to the white. Works just like the original.

Great replacement or additional attachment
Bought this as an additional piece for our Navarro unit. The piece arrived in good condition and after a quick wash rinse was ready to go.

It's a perfect replacement piece.
I like that it perfectly fit my navage and I was able to use it right away. it is a replacement of one that had got torn so it works perfectly.

Nasal Cushions Sold Separately
The item didn't have the nasal cushions. it would have been beneficial to have a note indicating that was the case and to purchase separately.

misleading
when opened it this was included but there were no nose pieces for it so what good is it without them? I was led to blieve with order it was inclusive everything that i needed to use
