The assembly did take a bit of time, but the instructions were detailed and easy to follow. Once put together, it's incredibly sturdy—no shaking, no squeaking, and it feels very secure. I love everything about this bed. Got it early 2day and was excited to put it together. It took me 4hrs had to stop pick son up for like 30mins. My item arrived without all of the pieces and parts and it was a waste of my money time and energy. They suggested that I take apart the bed that I had assembled so far pack it back up, SHIP it back wait for my refund and order a NEW BED!!! I WONT be buying from this seller again!!!!

I'm highly irritated theres no instructions in the box and the installation video when you purchase the bed frame does not work . They haven't emailed me back about instructions nor reached out to me . I'm so mad

Been reaching out to the company no response due to this bed not coming with instructions to assemble. It's been well over 48hrs and I haven't heard anything back. All I need is some type of instructions to put the bed together.
