NeilMed NasaMist All-in-One Multi-Purpose Sterile Saline Spray, 6 oz

I use this to help with my reoccurring sinus infections. I don't always have time to use a netipot. I like that this has a forceful stream and not just a misting function.

Great alternative to netty pot for on the go sinus relief.

When I'm away from home (staying in hotels, etc.), and I just can't deal with the hassle of mixing NeilMed sinus rinse packets in a NeilMed bottle of purified water for sinus irrigations [a daily necessity for someone with my terrible nasal allergies, recurrent sinus issues and a deviated septum], NeilMed NasalMist All in One Saline Spray is the only acceptable substitute. I have tried several other canned saline sprays, but they just don't make the grade. I still prefer the bottle-mixed solution at home, but, for me, this is an indispensable travel item. (Having an assortment of nozzles is a great bonus.) [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

If I am being lazy and do not want to use a netti pot or going on vacation this is a great alternative. Unfortunately if used for irrigation very expensive and doesn't last long.
