Cleans Sinuses well
Purchased this for my sister, my personal purchase was two years ago. Even gets the old tires out of my sinuses, I run it intermittently and clear and start again. Always use distilled water.

Works Better Than Navage For Me
I Have A Navage. I Also Have A Root Of My Tooth Sticking Into My Left Nasal Passage Duue To Prednisone Use To Clear A Severe Nasal Infection. The Sinugator Works Better For Me Stronger Pulsating Than The Navage . I Have Had To Try Everything. One Word Of Caution. Due To Previous Expierence. Be Very Careful Not To Get The Battery Compartment Wet. Excellent Value For Dollars Spent

Excellent Customer Service From Walmart
I ordered this product because I have been using it for a few years and I like it. I received the first delivery and found that the motor did not start after plugged in batteries. I started a return / replacement process. Walmart sent me a notification within two hours and saying that a replacement was in progress. Today I got the newly delivered product, it worked right way. The way Walmart handled the issue won me even more trust. Thank you!

Sinugator has its great use but can bite
The sinugator makes my sinuses easier to sleep with at night. It's a great tool. However, it's poorly designed. The water will seep into the battery compartment and make life miserable because you'll have to clean corroded contacts and replenish lots of batteries. I'm on my third one now. It's a pain, but less in the sinus region.

replacement Sinugator Higher speed than previous.
Not sure what is different from all the previous ones I have used. Low speed is now high speed on this new one. Hope the next one in 3 months is not like that.

Returning this product. did not work. closure for batteries would not seal and difficult to open and close. too bad because I trust most of Neil's products.
