I REALLY WISH I HAD INVENTED THIS !! I had a cold and used a box of tissue to clear out my congested nose. Then my doctor recommended this nasal rinse and it was clear with one flush !! Amazing method ! Also, I suggest warming the purified water for a few seconds for a more comfortable flush.

I have used these for years for scouring stainless pans and pots. Very effective . All in my family use them also. You can wash them in Dishwasher to keep them sanitized and reuse.

Been using this sinus rinse for quite a while. Really helps clear my nasal passages as well bas rinse out any germs picked up during the day helping to keep me healthy despite my weakened immune nsystem

I have terrible sinus issues and cannot breath without neil meds sinus rinse. I use it everyday. After shopping around Walmart had the best price by several dollars. I'm glad I found it here. always looking to save a few dollars.

I've suffered with sinus problems my entire adult life. Frequent sinus headaches, sinusitis or otitis at least once per year if not more, post-nasal drip and so on. About ten years ago, on a visit to my doctor because the antibiotic he'd given me for an ear infection didn't seem to be working, he brought out a brochure for NeilMed Sinus products and suggested that I begin using them--in particular the squeeze bottle and the pre-mixed regular strength saline refill packets. I'd heard about sinus rinsing but I thought it was just a crazy gimmick. However, I trust my doctor so I tried it. I've never looked back. I've not had a single case of sinusitis or a single ear infection since then. What a gift! If you have sinus issues I suggest that you ask your doctor if he thinks you might benefit from it. I certainly have.

The description and the pictures showed it came with a free bottle to use the packets with. However, when you get the packets there is an order form to get the free bottle and is takes 45 days to get it. You cannot use the product without the bottle and I never would have ordered the packets without the dispenser. I was VERY disappointed and it felt like a serious misrepresentation. I'm returning the packets and went with a different brand. I had used Neil Med rinse for years and loved the product, but I had moved and haven't found any of my previous products or dispensers and I was seriously disappointed. I kept looking before I ordered it, at all of the descriptions and pictures of the box to see if the dispenser was included or not and the pictures showed a bottle and never said anything about having to order one after receiving the packets and waiting 45 days. 45 days to wait is useless when you need the help and of course Walmart didn't have any at the store to buy either.
