I have used the isotonic sinus rinse as needed for a long time. My wife and brother each noticed that I was beginning to get bags under and around my eyes. My research said among other things that hypertonic sinus rinse a couple times a day would help draw the bags out. I began using two of the isotonic packets at a time. It was a bit strong to begin with, but not so much different from sea water. When it came time to order more packets because I was going through them so quickly, I noticed there were hypertonic packets as well. Per use they are less than two isotonic packets, they require only one opened and they are working to reduce the bags. I am in 30 days and plan on 90 days before I decide if this makes enough difference. Meanwhile my nose certainly is clear!

This is a very good product. I have used it for a couple years. This was the first time ordering from Walmart. Their ordering process was OK. The packaging and shipping were very good.

Works Well! MD recommended this for years before I finally gave in and started doing it. It is so helpful. I wish I'd listened long before I did. My son took a while to get comfortable with the feeling of it, but it really helped him, too.

Used less strong saline paks. Cost less but the Neilmed packets help much more. Have a twisted septum but do not want sugery. Best way to help sinus condition.

Excellent item to use. cleanses tge nasal sinuses eliminating any need for surgeries. Use for chronic cough too. Use daily or every few days. A must to have

I see no difference between this and the regular sinus rinse.

This "Extra Strength" is very strong. It burned the back of my throat. I'm now using only 1/2 the small package with each rinse, so it's probably the same as regular strength.

I received netti pot satchels instead of this spray for the second time, after ordering from Walmart. I don't have the time or patience to stand in line and return them, so I won't be ordering anything from Walmart again.
