Sending it to the US troops
I mix the mild and the spicy together and it's wonderful! I sent the jerky over to the Gulf war to my son in the Navy, and now to my grandson in the Marines. It's gone within a day with all those military hands grabbing for a piece. lol, and I send usually 6 lbs of jerky at a time! Oh yes, it's great!

Great flavor and spice - easy to use
Enjoying this beef jerky mix quite a bit. Simple to use - mix the flavor salt pack with a couple pounds o ground beef and use a jerky gun to make the strips. It's also simple to tweak the flavor a bit - we've done so by adding a bit of brown sugar, liquid smoke, and balsamic vinegar. Appreciate this larger pack, since our dehydrator is big enough to do 6 pounds at a time. Definitely a less expensive way to have large amounts of jerky! Recommended.
