I absolutely would recommend this for anyone needing focus and memory help. I have used Neuriva for at least several years or since I first learned about it and it has helped me a lot. I'm over 50 and as we age we get brain fog frequently. lol. I highly recommend it and it's a bit expensive. That being said, I use it regularly myself and I am able to remember, think clearly, and have more focus.

I have ADD and I can tell the difference when i do and do not take it. My attention span is so much better.

Taking just one pill a day, I noticed my short term memory improved when it came to remembering names , and words when I was conversing with others. It was after about 2 weeks that I noticed improvement.

We tried this brand, did it for 2 months. We went back to Prevagen, as the cognitive and memory was better helped with that. Prevagen is more expensive, but does work better for long term memory.
