It's only been the first month on this product and no adverse side effects so far, and as with any such product, you need to take more than one month to see the effects. Whatever the Dr prescribes makes my husband's mild Dementia worse in the first month. I am his caregiver, so we are both using this product. I prefer the capsules. I prepare his medications and he won't miss the gummy if it doesn't work.

Anyone who is 50 and above in age should try this. We have been taking it for a few months and even though it does not cure memory loss it has helped it from getting a lot worse.
