OK, so people aren't impressed with this design and the price. At first I was put off and thoght I'd been sold 9 dollar chapstick and I don't know why they call this color black dahlia. They should have called it rich chocolate. Some different colors might be nice. However, THIS MOISTURE!. . . it makes up for the negatives. now I like the design and understand why they did it this way. it moisterizes lips very well, makes a gloss application a bit neater than a doe foot and the tube is nowhere near as sloppy as leaky lipgloss tubes. the texture is very smooth and creamy but not sticky. I hope that they keep making these. I'm afraid they will stop because some people don't get the purpose. I bought the first black dahlia at full price and went ahead and got a second at a good discount. THANKS!

Very picky about what goes on my lips - but I LOVED THIS! Light gloss - really don't even notice it but I can see a little sheen that I like without it looking like I'm trying too hard. Subtle and perfect for me.

I absolutely loveI absolutely love this product. It is not as glossy as the tart ones that habe similar packaging. Beautiful colors they are a little bit shiny, but so comfortable and hydrating on the lips. I woreI wore mine out to dinner last night and it lasted very well and even when the glossiness faded after eating. The color was still stained on my lips and it looked beautiful.

Its so good. I love how its Paraben free and no fragrance because i have sensitive lips

The color's gorgeous, but... this thing is SO sticky!! Unbelievably sticky. My lips stuck together like I put glue on them or something. Not at all a pleasant sensation. Formula's incredibly thick and feels heavy to wear.

Smells like it's expired, like old

i BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT YESTERDAY, AND THEY ARE AWFUL! tHEY ARE HEAVY FEELING, STICKY, AND DO NOT MOISTURIZE/NOURISH YOUR LIPS. iT FEELS LIKE YOU JUST SLATHERED ON SOME BUTTER. They also have a rancid smell and taste to them. pLEASE BRING BACK THE Moisturesmooth color lipstick.....nothing compares to these!!!

Many online influencers suggest this as the Tarte Maracuja lip dupe. It looks almost the same too. Sorry to say… it is no where close. It does not have good color pigments and feels like a piece of dry crayon. Nothing compared to the real Tarte.

just bought this and tried to open it, but it is sealed with the tiniest, most annoying little stickers that are nearly impossible to remove. when i finally removed them, they left behind the stickiest residue ever. i tried scrubbing the stickiness off in the sink, but it just spred it around the tube and still would not come off - i've never seen anything like it. now the entire outside of the tube is sticky - all from one tiny sticker. i decided to just try the lip balm and it is fine. i tried clicking the bottom to advance it and nothing happened. clicked it a few times and nothing still. then it stopped clicking all together - now it seems to be broken. reading the other reviews - it seems this is a common problem. guess this is a fail all around. maybe the lip balm is ok but you would never know as the entire packaging is a mess and keeps the lip balm in a prison.
