Pricey, but worth it. This really works. It’s not just a sleeping mask, but also apply anytime lips are getting dry. I have sensitive lips %26 this is perfect for them. It also healed my son’s extremely dry lips from taking Accutane. Just keep applying!

I gave 5 stars for scent, taste %26 color because it has none of those. And, I'm grateful for that. I purchased this product because it was highly recommended by Consumer Reports as an overnight treatment for dry lips. I have been using for about 10 nights now and I really do believe it is making a difference. I plan to continue using and, yes, I would recommend this product if you suffer with dry chapped lips.

I love Neutrogena products and had to try this despite reading poor reviews. I’ve been using the popular (and really good) Laneige lip mask for a few years, which is more than 2x the cost. THIS is as good, probably better! I have it in the jar and tube. LOVE it! No taste, perfect consistency, and lasts!

Neutrogena’s hydrating lip mask is my absolute favorite. I use it every day, both day and night, regardless of the season. It’s the only product that effectively moisturizes my excessively dry and chapped lips, and I’ve tried numerous other lip balms. The mask is scent-free and tasteless. It has a subtle pink tint, but it doesn’t stain or add any color to your lips. The texture is smooth and glossy.

I have been using this lip “mask” every night for quite awhile now. I have purchased this product many times and it is a staple in my beauty arsenal. It immediately softens my lips so much so that I have not had dry lips in literally over a year or more. I don’t even have to put anything on them next morning, that’s how good this stuff is. It goes on smooth, may feel sticky for a second but then it melts into my lips. Perfect product in my opinion. Others are way more sticky or slippery and don’t soften or heal as this one does.

I had very bad chapped lips because of my habit of licking them. Tried so many things, but this lip mask is the only one that actually works. It is sticky, so I put it on at bedtime, or sometimes during the day (thin layer) for a quick relief. Very recommended.

Really helps chapped lips in the winter. Or whenever. Looks great to wear during the daytime as well. It’s like a thick gloss. Not overly sticky but thick enough to feel protective. Super glossy and comfortable to wear. No real taste/ flavor, which is nice. I love to use this throughout the day as well as a thick layer after brushing my teeth at night.

This is a MUST if you have cracked dry lips. I've been using it on and off and my lips are so much better. It has prevented my lips from peeling overnight from dryness. consistence is rich but not sticky.

although very slippery and sticky, I've given this one a chance many times. Every time though- it had horribly dried out the skin on my lips, my lip line, and past my lip line. Painfully so, with the skin peeling, cracked, and red. Each time took days of slathering on Aquafor and babying to heal.

This does not hydrate lips! I put it on and 15 mins later it was gone. It evaporates quickly. The applicator has a curve that makes it uncomfortable to apply lip balm. I retuned it.
