The vitamins in this prenatal are sourced from more natural sources than many others and I love that it has methylfolate rather than folic acid. Like most prenatal vitamins, it is a fairly large pill but I found it easier to swallow than some others because it has a nice smooth texture. It is also very easy to break in half if you prefer to do it that way- no need for a knife.

I plan to take these even after my baby is born, as they include a lot of the supplements that I've had to take as additional pills in order to fulfill what is all included in this one pill! New Chapter uses a dark, glass bottle that is recyclable. They offer a Money-Back Guarantee, as well. The pills are Non-GMO, vegetarian, and natural. There is even ginger, peppermint, and lemon balm to calm nausea. All of these statements speak to the integrity of this company and the vitamins they produce. I feel confident that I'm passing on some great nutrients through my milk with these pills, especially knowing that they are all natural and non gmo. I like the fact that they have ingredients in it that help with nausea. I'd definitely consider these pills if I hit pregnant again to help combat morning sickness. They are a little big and are not coated, but are still manageable to take.

I haven't had any issues keeping it down and it hasn't made my stomach upset. I have noticed a bit of constipation but overall I think the pros definitely outweigh the cons. It's also easy to swallow (attached picture to see how big it is). It doesn't have a weird flavor or after taste like other vitamins do sometimes. I love that you only need one per day too.

Iron gives me severe abdominal pains , but this seems to be okay. I really like the brown glass bottles, they are recycled and can be usedto reuse a product. It is non GMzo certified. NasF and U certified. Label is clear and easy to read the clean ingredients. I dibhavecto chop tablet in half to swallow. I lobe the purple color. Would like a bigger amount for this price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Prenatal pills are on the bigger side. I would have to cut it in half because it is just so big. The smell, it is strong and hard to not smell it. Thank goodness I don't feel nauseating, if I did, I would not be able to eat these at all.
