Ashwagandha Capsules 460mg | 120 Count | Herbal Supplement | by Piping Rock

I have been taking 920 mg. of Piping Rock Ashwagandha twice a day for about 3 weeks now. I was hoping to increase my energy levels, which were pretty poor for a long time. For the last week I've been catching up on housework that I hadn't had the energy to do. Working on it from morning to night. I do still have to take a coffee break here and there but I'm getting things done. This is after just those few weeks. I'm expecting more improvements because I know herbal supplements can take a few months to work fully. I'm encouraged over the results so far and will continue taking it.

I am happy with the product, but it would be better in Ashwagandha would come in tea form. (We are taking too much capsules already, but sometimes it cannot be helped).

I take a lot of vitamins, so it could be that I just didn't notice what this did for me, but that's very odd. I usually notice right away. Perhaps I need to stop taking it to see if anything changes.
