Bought this for a Christmas gift. It was a great gift for our physically active 11 year old grandson!! Would be great for adults also!!
this came with stick pad to attach to wall. worked great. holds strong on wall. sweating after a few minutes workout!! great gift for bday . came with awesome gloves. super item!!!!

I think it would've been wonderful if it was able to stay on the wall, we even tried spraying the wall with alcohol first and letting it dry and then hanging, it will stay for a while but falls off daily. I am still trying to figure out a way we can use it so we don't have to send it back hopefully.
