I liked everything except for, just kidding. Everything was just as described. And I feel like nothing else that I could say that would make anything better.

Fast machine. loads quick. (after all the updates) and very lightweight. very impressive machine. i only wish during checkout they gave you a memory and processor upgrade option because im a (max it out) type user. better to have it and not need it.
Like my laptop. It is everything the ad said it was. They even up graded the memory. Just one thing in ordering, make sure that everything is correct with your payment if have to correct your order possibly could change as mine did and did not receive the warranty and support packages I had wanted also for my laptop.
This is a great laptop for the price with a huge hard drive and great processing speed. I love having a number keypad on the keyboard.
first off delivery was two days late can blame that on the mail service. was excited to finally receive the lap top only to find part of the charger for laptop was missing. had to order one from somewhere else. i tried contacting Walmart but just got the runaround. Hopefully when i get the charger it will work
Bought this computer as new. It arrived July 7 2025.As I was setting up I had trouble so I went to Dell support. They said support for this computer ended February 18 2022.
When I opened the package, the laptop looked poor because of scratches. I started a return, and people there say the laptop does not match what they see when they scan the QR code. And they look at me like I have changed the laptop or done something with it. Very disappointed.
At first i was happy got myself a new computer i haven't had a new computer in a while. Well took it to Best Buy to Geek Squad to help get it set up right and to make sure everything is running like it should be and they told me that the computer is over 5 years old and its REFURBISHED!!!!! It was dusty as all get out! Nothing says "refurbished" when i ordered the computer so im more than just MAD. 😡😡😡
This Dell Laptop really sucks, do not buy it, I am sorry I did. Maybe I will take a hammer to it to help it perform, better
