Great help for sciatica pain
It's just what I've been looking for, I have sciatica problems and this really helped. Large enough to cover the area I needed relief. So glad I bought it.

Works well
I got this for my husband to use after hip surgery. It's nice because it's easy to put on, contours to his body, stays put and he can get up and walk around with it on. He alternated it with the one we received at the hospital for maximum icing. I would recommend this product.

It is not very cold and only works for 10 or 15 minutes before you have to put it back in the fridge/freezer.

Not Worth It!
Not worth a penny. This hip gel ice pack only last 10 minutes when placed on the hip. This is not worth a penny or the time it takes you to actually put it on. I wish I could return it.

Cannot get rid of chemical odor.
I like the product and it seems to be designed well but the chemical odor from the item is unpleasant and concerning. I have tried everything possible to get rid of this irritating smell, without success. I will be returning it for this reason.

There isn't enough gel in the hip ice pack. I'm returning it as soon as possible! If would add more gel to it I think it would be great product.
