I bought this griller as surprise gift to my husband and he likes it. Arrived earlier than expected and in good shape no damage. Assembly took him 2hours but I guess that's the normal time as far as on some reviews. Tried on steaks , corn, jalapeno wrapped and bread the same day, worked good. Highly recommended, affordable and sturdy.

This item arrived very quickly, assembly was quick, my husband put it together in less than an hour. Have used it twice already and it works great! Very pleased.

This is a great grill and seems to be well build. The only negative I have is the instructions. There really are none except for pictures. Some pictures are helpful and others was difficult to figure out. It took about 3 hours to put together complete. If you have patience to figure out instruction I would highly recommend this grill. I had all the parts and nothing was damaged.

This is a basic gas grill at a reasonable price. With reasonable care and usage, it should last 2 -3 years which seems to be the average life of all gas grills.

It is a decent grill for the money. The instructions are horrible. I suggest reading ahead to get an actual idea what they are trying to picture. And yes that means it is a picture book. No words, No description of screw sizes. It is trial and error, and guesswork. I think the 52,000 btu's is an overstatement. This thing struggles to hit 550 degrees. So forget getting up to 800 degrees, like my last real 3 burner 52,000 btu grill. Overall it is decent, and will work for what I wanted it to be, a back porch grill. It will cook steak, pork chops, burgers and stuff just fine. It will just take a little longer.

It is an average grill, it does what its suppose to do but has quirks. The grill will not lite with the built in igniter, the igniter will spark but most times you need to use an alternate starting method, ie: a match or lighter. It is straightforward to assemble. Overall, it is a cheap grill (when its on sale) and you get what you pay for. I would not buy it again.

I previously had a Nexgrill and it lasted 11 years and was a quality product. So I looked for another Nexgrill and it turned out to be junk. Igniters don’t work, the hood doesn’t fit properly and the hood handle gets so hot you can hardly touch it. I don’t think this will last long. So much for online shopping!

the vitem came, ready for quick assymbly. Problem, it was missing most of the parts,. I contacted walmart. They said Nexgrill woild contact me within 48 hours. That was a week ago. No contact yet. Very disappointed...
